Igor Mazepa, investment banker, Concorde Capital CEO and Owner, launches new projects in the real estate market: a cottage village and a hotel in the Shelest recreation complex, as well as the construction of Phase 2 of Goodlife Park, an elite residence in Vyshgorod District, Kyiv Oblast. Total investments in the project will make over $60-65m, including previous investment
According to Igor Mazepa, Concorde Capital is marketing several new projects:
- The cottage village and hotel in the Shelest recreation complex
- Phase 2 of Goodlife Park, the elite residence in Vyshgorod District, Kyiv Oblast.
Currently, the company is set to channel over $25m into the projects, with the total investments exceeding $60-65m.
“I hope that the demand for suburban real estate will continue to grow, especially in the premium segment. Indeed, the rental in this segment has risen by one and a half to two times through 2020. The prices for suburban real estate are on the rise as well.
One of the reasons is the de-urbanization trend, which has become even more evident this year because of the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown. Many people are reconsidering their approaches to quality housing and want to live in private houses with a developed infrastructure around. Our projects in the suburban real estate segment are just about quality, comfort, and safety. We expect a good return on investment,” comments
Igor Mazepa.
In October, the company presented SHELEST cottage village near the Shelest recreation complex. The area of suburban housing will be 10,000 square meters. In addition, a hotel with
100 rooms and a SPA is under development in the territory of the Shelest complex. Construction of
Phase 2 of Goodlife Park elite residence has already started, adding about 30 more luxury cottages and infrastructure to the complex.
